Cyprus pays significantly above average for dairy products
According to Eurostat data, Cypriot consumers pay approximately 27% more for milk, cheese, and egg products than the EU average. The price index for these products reached 127.1 compared to the EU average of 99.9. Greece has the second-highest value at 129.9. In contrast, prices for meat, vegetables, and fruit are below the EU average.
