Cyprus Plans Age Limit of 17 Years for E-Scooters
Cyprus intends to limit the use of e-scooters to persons aged 17 and above. However, the Parliamentary Transport Committee warned of incompleteness in the regulation, as high-speed e-bikes are not included despite being able to reach speeds similar to motorcycles.
