Cyprus Police Warn of New Telephone Fraud
Cypriot police are warning of a new telephone fraud pattern in which callers impersonate an online financial services and payment platform. The goal is to steal personal data and withdraw money from victims' bank accounts. The calls come from foreign numbers and use an automated voice system.
