Cyprus Power Supply Equipped for Summer Load
According to the spokesperson of the Transmission System Operator (TSO), Chara Kousiappa, Cyprus's power grid is capable of handling the expected increased demand during the summer months. This applies, however, provided that there are no blackouts, with rising heat and increased air conditioning usage driving demand.
