Cyprus property prices rise by 6 percent
House prices in Cyprus increased faster in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the annual average, but remain stable compared to the third quarter. The House Price Index reached 152.91 points in the last three months of 2025 and shows annual growth of 6 percent.
