Cyprus real estate market grows 8 percent in 2025
The Cyprus real estate market recorded strong growth in 2025 with a transaction volume of 6.5 billion euros, representing an 8 percent increase compared to 2024. The number of transactions rose 4 percent to 25,600, according to PwC Cyprus's annual report.
