Cyprus receives 190 million euros from EU for migration management
The Republic of Cyprus is about to receive 190 million euros from the European Union for managing migration issues. The disbursement of these funds will be finalized with the passage of a harmonization law on refugee regulations by parliament on April 23, 2026. Approval of the law by the plenary assembly is expected to unlock this EU financing.
