Cyprus records 4% budget surplus in Q4 2025
Cyprus achieved a budget surplus of 4% of gross domestic product in the fourth quarter of 2025, while the European Union as a whole recorded a deficit of 3.2% of GDP. According to Eurostat, Cyprus maintained a positive fiscal balance throughout 2025.
