Cyprus records one of the EU's strongest labor markets
Cyprus achieved an employment rate of 81.3 percent in 2025, significantly above the EU average of 76.1 percent. Eurostat data shows that Cyprus's labor market is exceptionally strong and the island exceeds the European average level on this metric.
