Cyprus Records Record Number of Building Permits
Cyprus's statistics authority reported a strong increase in building permits in 2025 of 19.5 percent with a total of 8,159 permits. In December 2025 alone, 819 building permits were issued with a total value of 415.4 million euros. This development signals robust activity in the construction sector.
