Cyprus reviews renewable energy law due to constitutional concerns
Parliament will review a recently passed law on April 23 that restricts solar installations on agricultural land after the Presidency raised legal and constitutional concerns. The Agricultural Committee will address the matter together with the Attorney General and the Ministers of Agriculture, Energy, and Interior. The decision will determine how renewable energy projects will be regulated in the future.
