Cyprus Seeks Candidate Film for Oscar Submission 2027
The Cypriot Ministry of Culture has opened the selection process for the film that will represent Cyprus in the International Feature Film category at the 99th Academy Awards in 2027. A seven-member committee was appointed to select the best Cypriot production. This comes at a time when Cypriot cinema is receiving increased recognition at international film festivals.
