Cyprus Stock Exchange lists new shares of Globalwealth Group
The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) announced on Tuesday the listing of 62,794,749 additional ordinary shares of Globalwealth Group Plc on its Emerging Companies Market. The shares have a nominal value of 0.001 euros each and were also entered into the CSE's central securities depository and central register. The newly listed shares were issued and allocated through an emission.
