Cyprus Supreme Court Confirms €2.1 Million Fine Against Cattle Breeders
Cyprus' Supreme Constitutional Court has rejected the appeal of the Pancyprian Cattle Breeders Association (ΠΟΑ) against a fine of 2.1 million euros and upheld the decision of the Competition Protection Commission from April 6, 2026. The fine was imposed due to competition violations.
