Cyprus Switches to DVB-T2 - Television Viewers Must Take Action
Cyprus is implementing a switch to the new DVB-T2 technology for terrestrial digital television by May 1. Households must have the required technical equipment by the end of April, otherwise they will lose television reception. The old Velister platform will be replaced by the more modern technology.
