Cyprus Talks Need Agreement on Problem Definition
Turkish-Cypriot 'Foreign Minister' Tahsin Ertugruloglu stated that assurances to resolve the Cyprus issue without prior agreement on the nature of the problem cannot be successful. He agrees with the stance of Turkish-Cypriot leader Tufan Erhurman that the Turkish-Cypriot side is committed.
