Cyprus tightens golden visa program before Schengen accession
Cyprus is preparing to tighten its golden visa program before joining the Schengen area. Deputy Migration Minister Nicholas Ioannides reported to the budget committee that approximately 1,500 golden visas have been issued since 2013 and that authorities are currently reviewing these permits.
