Cyprus tourism budget declines by nearly 15 million euros in 2027
Cyprus's deputy tourism ministry will receive a significantly reduced budget of 59.45 million euros in 2027, approximately 15 million euros less than the previous year's 74.24 million euros. The decline is primarily due to the expiration of spending related to Cyprus's EU Council Presidency in 2026. The adjustment is outlined in the government's fiscal policy strategy for 2027-2029.
