Cyprus Trade Deficit Aggravated by Imports
Cyprus's trade deficit has grown sharply in the first seven months of 2026 as imports rose 11.4 percent while exports gained only moderately. The deficit increased to 5.62 billion euros (January to July), compared with 4.80 billion euros in the same period of the previous year.
