Cyprus Trading Corporation completes Ermes acquisition
The Cyprus Trading Corporation (CTC) announced the successful completion of its takeover offer for Ermes Department Stores Plc. The process to acquire up to 100 percent of Ermes shares was finalized after the original offer was submitted on April 2, 2026.
