Cyprus's Cultural Sector Matches EU Average in Employment
According to 2025 Eurostat data, employment in Cyprus's cultural sector reached 4.3 percent of total employment, matching the EU average. Approximately 21,900 people work in Cyprus's cultural sector, including 12,400 women and 9,500 men, while the sector in the EU overall employs 8.9 million workers.
