Cyprus's Economic Outlook Remains Tense
Cyprus's Composite Leading Economic Index recorded a year-on-year decline of 0.65 percent in June 2026 and remained in negative territory. According to the Economic Research Centre of the University of Cyprus, the continued declines indicate persistent external pressure factors that are hampering economic development.
