Cyprus's fintech sector remains cyber target despite botnet measures
Despite a large-scale international operation against botnet infrastructure, Cyprus's fintech sector remains exposed to high cyber risk according to data from cybersecurity company Qrator Labs. The Q2-2026 report shows that while the largest monitored DDoS botnet has shrunk dramatically, companies in Cyprus continue to face attacks.
