Cyprus's New Hospitality Law Before Constitutional Court
The new law for bars and restaurants in Cyprus was challenged before the Supreme Court by President Nikos Christodoulides after the legal department identified several unconstitutional provisions. The law has not yet entered into force, and the government plans a fresh start with revised regulations following the election on May 24.
