Cyprus's Research and Innovation Foundation has reached the threshold to scale up and attract more private investment, according to its General Director Theodoros Loukaidis. The foundation is simultaneously celebrating its 30th anniversary and emphasizes the need to convert research results more strongly into commercial applications.
