CySEC imposes fines against twelve Cypriot companies
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced on Friday that it has imposed administrative fines totaling 126,500 euros against 12 listed companies that violated transparency requirements in publishing their annual financial reports for 2024. The penalties were decided by the CySEC Board in a meeting held on June 8, 2026.
