CySEC Improves Supervision of Investment Firms
The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has recognized the progress made by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) in improving its supervisory and enforcement practices. These improvements are based on recommendations from a 2022 review of cross-border investment firm supervision.
