CySEC Issues New Reporting Requirements for Cyber Incidents
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has adopted new guidelines requiring financial firms to calculate and report annual costs and losses from serious information and communications technology incidents. The requirements apply to a wide range of regulated financial institutions, including securities firms, cryptocurrency providers, and other financial service providers.
