CySEC: Logicom Granted Exemption from Demetra Holdings Takeover Obligation
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has granted Logicom Services Limited an exemption and relieved the company of the obligation to make a public takeover bid for Demetra Holdings Plc. This regulatory decision followed a corresponding application by Logicom.
