CySEC Postpones Management Ban for CIF Director to 2027
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that it has postponed the management ban against Igor Gutinskiy, sole director of Otkritie Broker Ltd, by one year, with it now taking effect on April 11, 2027. The decision was made at the CySEC Board meeting on March 30, 2026.
