CySEC Warns Against Unauthorized Crypto Services from July 1
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has formally warned investors that all cryptocurrency services must comply with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) from July 1, 2026. This warning follows the end of the EU Regulation 2023/1114's mandatory transition period.
