DCO study: more cooperation for digital sovereignty against AI monopolies
The Digital Cooperation Organisation (DCO), of which Cyprus is a member, has published a study calling for strengthened international collaboration to enhance digital sovereignty and resilience. The study warns of the increasing concentration of artificial intelligence among a few major technology corporations and advocates for countermeasures through international cooperation.
