Deadline for social security debts extended until October 31
The payment deadline for outstanding contributions to Cypriot social insurance (TKA) has been extended until October 31, giving debtors an additional 47 days to settle a total of 245 million euros in debts. Simultaneously, the government wants to cancel penalty payments of 58 million euros for undocumented work, which will come before parliament on Tuesday.
