Debt relief for unlawful undeclared work penalties
The debt burden of employers and self-employed individuals due to unpaid administrative penalties for illegal or unregistered work amounts to 65.6 million euros since 2017. The labor ministry has prepared a draft law that provides for the cancellation of approximately 58 million euros in penalties, debts and fees.
