Debtors with Property in Occupied Areas Receive Relief
Parliament unanimously passed a bill providing relief for debtors with property in occupied areas. The amendment to the Civil Procedure Law introduces provisions whereby the registration of court decisions in the land registry becomes invalid for debtors with real estate in occupied areas.
