Decline in asylum and immigration cases before administrative courts
The Ministry of Justice recorded fewer cases from asylum seekers and foreigners before administrative courts in 2025. The Administrative Court for International Protection received 3,193 cases, including appeals as well as detention and deportation orders. This represents a decline compared to the previous year.
