Delay in trial against Thanasis Nikolaou
The court adjourned again the private criminal proceedings against the family of Thanasis Nikolaou and expressed displeasure at the repeated postponements. The court demanded that all pre-trial matters be completed by September 11 in order to begin the main trial in October. The judge urged both sides to prepare for a timely trial.
