Delays in Postal Services Main Problem in Cyprus
A consumer study by the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services shows that delays in package delivery are the main problem with postal services. While package receipt achieved the highest satisfaction ratings, delivery delays led to the most negative ratings across all service categories examined.
