Demetra Holdings Clarifies Logicom Board Appointment
Cypriot investment company Demetra Holdings has clarified that the appointment of a company official to the board of technology company Logicom was made in his personal capacity and does not represent the involvement of Demetra. The appointed non-independent, non-executive board director is acting as a private individual.
