The Cypriot investment company Demetra Holdings Plc acquired 2,615 own shares at 1.45 euros per share. The transaction through Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Limited (CISCO) comprised three separate purchases on May 4, including a primary purchase of 1,839 shares.
