Demetriou Withdraws Candidacy for Disy Presidential Nomination
Disy party leader Annita Demetriou has withdrawn her candidacy for the party's nomination for the 2028 presidential election. This was announced following a meeting of the three leading party members – Demetriou, Averof Neophytou, and George Pamborides – at the party headquarters in Nicosia. This leaves Neophytou and Pamborides as candidates for the nomination.
