Desk of First Foreign Minister Rescued from Archives
The desk of the late Spyros Kyprianou, the first Foreign Minister of the Republic of Cyprus, was found in the warehouses of the Foreign Ministry. The piece of furniture, which Kyprianou used during his tenure from 1960 to 1972, has been restored and is now used on the third floor of the ministry for visits by foreign dignitaries.
