Digital-Citizen-App: Access also for foreign residents of Cyprus
Foreign residents of Cyprus can access the government's Digital-Citizen-App, but must register using their ARC number instead of a national ID card. This was announced by the Deputy Ministry for Research, Innovation and Digital Policy. Both Cypriot citizens and foreign residents can use the application provided they have created an account through the respective platform.
