Digital signature "MOU" creates new legal reality in Cyprus
With the introduction of the digital signature "MOU" in Cyprus, a new legal reality is emerging in the age of e-government and electronic transactions. A simple mouse click now creates the same legal binding as a handwritten signature on a contract. Citizens can thereby sign contracts faster and more easily, but are equally bound by law.
