Dilapidated Buildings and Vacant Land in Cyprus's Cities
In the centers of Nicosia, Limassol, and Larnaca, vacant plots and dilapidated buildings dating from the 1980s are a visible problem. These properties have been unused and in deplorable condition for decades. The article analyzes how lack of incentives contributes to this urban decay.
