Disability benefits increased by 10% with retroactive effect
The first phase of a new personal assistance and home care allowance provides for a 10% increase in existing disability benefits with retroactive effect from January 1, 2026. The reform also expands the categories of beneficiaries, with different regulations applying to new and existing benefit recipients.
