Disasters worldwide: 100+ dead in Central African gold mine accident
At least 100 people have died in a landslide at an illegal gold mine in Central Africa. The disaster occurred on Tuesday around 2 p.m. local time in Zaboye, approximately 50 kilometers from the city of Bamboua in the western part of the Central African Republic. The accident is one of the most severe tragedies in the region.
