Dismissal Protection for Permanent School Teachers Adopted
Parliament has passed a bill prohibiting the termination of employment of permanently appointed school teachers due to personnel surplus. The amendment to the public school education law, introduced by AKEL members, is intended to ensure job protection for affected educators.
