Driver Acquitted Due to Administrative Error
A court overturned a speeding fine against a driver who allegedly drove 119 km/h instead of the permitted 50 km/h. Errors in the administrative procedure led to the acquittal: the mobile camera was positioned in Latsias, but the administrative procedure named Dali.
