Driver caught at 145 km/h with double alcohol limit
A 32-year-old was caught driving at night between Agia Napa and Paralimni without a valid driver's license and insurance. The driver was traveling at 145 km/h instead of the permitted limit of 65 km/h and had twice the allowable alcohol level on a breath test.
